Who uses Dutch raising

So called Dutch raising is raising from the outside edge and working backwards towards the centre. This is a less known method in UK silversmithing. Dr Sandra Wilson from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in Dundee Scotland is looking to find out more about this method, its advantages and if it is more suited to particular forms.
